Salam and hello! A client once shared a quote by Ram Dass that deeply resonated with me: “We’re all just walking each other home.” Every time I support someone on their journey, I feel honoured.
I believe that strength lives within all of us, though it can feel hidden during life’s hardest moments. My role as a psychologist is to create a trusting, judgment-free space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Through a collaborative approach, I help clients recognize their resilience and move toward meaningful change—at their own pace, in their own way.
With experience across diverse cultures, I deeply value intersectionality, identity, and lived experiences. I offer therapy in both English and Arabic, drawing from ACT, CBT, SFT, and EMDR. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships and MVA.
Counselling, for me, is about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you. I look forward to hearing your story and being part of your journey home.”

I see therapy as a space where all parts of you are honoured; your story, experiences, pain, strength, and your body that contains it all. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I began my career as a therapist in India, where I was privileged enough to witness and be invited into the inner worlds of my clients. These experiences were foundational to my therapeutic lens and taught me that the deepest healing expands beyond the personal and into communal and cultural realms. I believe that a secure therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change and that when trust and safety are present, new possibilities for change can emerge. Often, my work involves joining those who are navigating the impacts of adversity and trauma. Many of my clients are living with the weight of childhood trauma, partner violence, sexual violence, physical/emotional abuse, unexpected life events, systemic oppression, and other forms of trauma. Others reach out seeking support with depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, emotional regulation, life transitions or relationship challenges. If you recognize yourself in these experiences, you are not alone, and healing is possible. My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, which recognizes how experiences of harm or disempowerment shape the way we move through the world. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is a supportive one, guiding them towards reconnection with their values and authentic selves. Therefore, my practice emphasizes safety, choice, collaboration, and empowerment at every step. I embrace the philosophy that distress is carried in the body, and I help clients attune to the wisdom of their nervous system by working from the body up to the mind. I integrate somatic experiencing, mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy to tend to body and mind. This flexible approach allows me to meet my clients where they are, offering both immediate tools for managing distress while also creating space for deeper, long-term connection and healing. Therapy is not about fixing, rather it’s about reconnecting. I am deeply committed to welcoming every part of you, and co-creating an environment wherein you can slow
down and notice the stories you’re carrying, the wisdom your body holds, and the paths towards healing that just need the space to unfold. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your path toward becoming.
